Day 1 Bench Press 10-10-20-1 Sets of 10 serve to prepare for the max effort set of 20 reps. Add weight and do one single after the set of twenty. Handstand Push-ups, as many reps as possible. Repeat for 3 sets. Day 2 Deadlift 10-10-20-1 Sets of 10 serve to prepare for the max effort set of 20 reps. Add weight and do one single after the set of twenty. Day 3 Squat 10-10-20-1.
